ZFF Chats are on Fridays at 9:00pm forum time. Other times by appointment or invitation, of course.  Always check for the current week's chat time in this topic. The 9pn time should be consistent for a season with Dean's current work schedule. Even if you are late coming, check into the room anyway. We plan for the chats to last about an hour or so, but often some will stay and continue on for longer than that. If you can't arrange your schedule for this time, just mark it in your datebook for next Friday. All chats will be held in the private chat room.
We will readjust this for Daylight Saving time come March and April, as the various countries apply DST. Not sure about the time zone thing? We've installed a forum clock, so that you can always check the current Kansas City time before clicking into the chat. It's located in the upper left of your screen, just below the banner area.Please familiarize yourself with our chatroom before the chat time to make sure you can get in. If you would like to look at a short tutorial check our HELP TOPIC on the chatroom. If you come for the chat and have trouble getting in the room, use the shoutbox to tell us. We will monitor that during the chat in case anyone needs assistance. We always have a lively time, so please join us. If you are guest reading this, you have plenty of time to register before the chat, so don't be shy! We'd love to meet you.

We had intended to start up Shabbat Chats in January, but with new work schedules we were unable to do the Friday time. We are going to try a Thursday morning chat. The time zone chart has been updated to reflect a 9am start time. Hope to see you when we start up on April 16th. |

During December, chat times will be at 4pm forum time due to a temporary work schedule change. Click the green chat icon button to enter the chat.

We have switched to yet another new chat. You will see a registration link called "Nexus Registration" on your userlinks bar right above this shoutbox. Please enter a password. You will only have to register once, and then afterwards, log in with the password you select. A chat bar will appear at the bottom of the board. Click on the Chat (#) link on the right side of the bar to open the chat room. There will be a login box waiting for you. Add the password you selected when you registered. This box will know your name. And you can surf the site while using it as it always floats at the bottom of your browser window. See you in NexChat. I've made a tutorial (with pictures!) for you if you are unclear on how to use the chat. If you have any questions, please ask! [Note: Once you register, the link will disappear from the userlinks bar.] I'll try to get some screenshots up before the next chat, so it is clear where to find everything. We had to replace our previous chat because the site was not responding to our performance issues. |
